REFUND POLICY

The Skeleton Optics Ltd return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any pair of Skeleton Optics Sunglasses or Skeleton Optics Gear using a track and trace courier in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. Skeleton Optics Ltd reserves the right to assess the state of the returned product and if they are resalable, if not the product will be returned to the purchaser using a track and trace courier stating the reason they are not resalable including photo documentation of the wear or damage.

Skeleton Optics Ltd warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Skeleton Optics lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision will void this warranty.

Please follow the steps below prior to sending merchandise for returns to Skeleton Optics Ltd:

  • Please click HERE and enter the required information.
  • You will be given an RMA number, please save this for your records, we will refuse all shipments that are not clearly marked with this number.
  • We'll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return. 
  • If approved, we'll send you a second email and shipping label will be generated.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.

If you would like to replace the original purchase with a different product, please follow the above instructions on the return of original purchase and contact us about your preferred replacement. Payment may be required if there is a difference of value between the original and replacement product plus shipping.
